Custom Koozie Turnaround Time: How Long Does an Order Take?

Quick answer: Custom koozie production typically takes 2–5 business days after you approve your final mockup. You'll then add shipping time on top of that. For events, the safest move is to order at least 2–3 weeks ahead to allow for proofing, production and delivery.

The full timeline, step by step

  1. Place your order & send artwork. Choose your size, color and quantity and send us your logo or design.
  2. Mockup approval. We create a digital mockup so you can see exactly how your koozie will look. Production doesn't start until you approve it — so replying quickly here keeps things moving.
  3. Production: ~2–5 business days. This is our typical turnaround once the mockup is approved.
  4. Shipping. Transit time is added on top and depends on your location and the shipping method chosen.

The clock starts at mockup approval, not order date

This is the part people miss. The 2–5 business day window begins after you approve the mockup — not the moment you place the order. The faster you send artwork and approve the proof, the faster your koozies ship. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front.

  • Order early. For weddings, parties and corporate events, 2–3 weeks of lead time removes all the stress.
  • Send print-ready artwork to avoid back-and-forth. See our printing settings guide.
  • Approve the mockup fast — this is the single biggest factor in how quickly you get your order.
  • On a tight timeline? Contact us before ordering and include your deadline — we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
