Our return policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our shipping policy. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time.
Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.
By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund.
Important: Products on offer and purchased with promotional codes or on the basis of a promotion or competition are non-refundable.
Important: To request a return please send us your request via our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective or damaged and you need to exchange the product for the same or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information. Only in these cases we will assume the value of the shipment. In case you request a refund, the value of the shipment will also be refunded.

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the stated conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund and a confirmation email. The refund will be made via the original payment method, with the amount of the return shipment being deducted from the refund.
Undeliverable packages that are returned to QualityPerfection will not be automatically re-sent and additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

The following terms apply specifically to personalized and custom-printed can coolers (koozies), in addition to the general terms above. Where there is a conflict, the terms in this section govern for custom products.
No returns on custom orders. Because personalized koozies are produced specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Proof approval. We will not begin production until you have approved a proof. Please double-check all proofs carefully before approving, including spelling, colors, and layout.
Cancellation policy (10% fee). Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value (excluding shipping and taxes). This fee covers administrative costs, design preparation, and materials allocation incurred during the early stages of order processing, and will be deducted from the refund amount. Once production has begun or materials have been sourced specifically for your order, cancellations may no longer be eligible for a refund; in such cases we will notify you and discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or defective items. Any broken, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period cannot be honored. Ripped or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item; we do not offer refunds on custom products.
Color accuracy. Can cooler and ink colors are represented as accurately as possible. Due to variations between monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays, we are not responsible if colors appear different in person. These differences are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defects or grounds for return.
Order quantity tolerance. An accidental over- or under-run of up to 5% constitutes a complete order. Every effort will be made to minimize this.
