Thank you for shopping at QualityPerfection, this shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by QualityPerfection on the website:

 

QualityPerfection is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

 

  1. QUALITYPERFECTION SHIPPING

QualityPerfection delivers nationwide (United States).

Shipping and delivery of packages will be made through USPS or UPS.

QualityPerfection orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, QualityPerfection will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

  1. SHIPPING COSTS
  • QualityPerfection offers free shipping on orders over $45.
  • On orders under $45, shipping costs will depend on the delivery location of the order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please check the shipping costs depending on the place of delivery before placing the order.

QualityPerfection may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.

 

 

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
  • 0 - 2 business days.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

  1. SHIPPING TIMES
  • Orders weighing up to 15.9 oz and pound: 2 - 6 days
  • Orders weighing more than 15.9 oz and pound: 2 - 4 days

Shipping times will depend on the shipping times set by USPS or UPS.

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

 

  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the respective shipping company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

 

  1. Privacy & Shipping Delay Policy for Expedited Orders

    6A. Customer Privacy and Order Information

    We value your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. All customer details — including names, addresses, email addresses, and payment information — are collected solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (such as with our shipping carriers).

    6B. Expedited Shipping Requests

    When you select expedited shipping at checkout, we prioritize your order for faster production and dispatch. While we make every effort to meet these accelerated timelines, expedited shipping refers to the shipping carrier’s transit time once the order has been processed and shipped. Production time is still subject to our standard or expedited production schedules (as specified at checkout or in your order confirmation).

    6C. Delays Outside Our Control

    Please note that although we strive to meet all expedited deadlines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control — such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date when such events occur.

    6D. Communication and Updates

    If a delay arises, we will promptly notify you via the email address on file with your order. We encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and to contact the carrier directly for the most accurate updates once the order is in transit.

    6E. Refunds and Adjustments for Expedited Shipping

    If your order does not ship on the promised expedited schedule due to our error, we will issue an appropriate shipping refund or credit. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control once the package has left our facility.

    6F. Commitment to Transparency

    We believe in clear and honest communication. By placing an order with expedited shipping, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Privacy & Shipping Delay Policy.

 

  1. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

  1. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

QualityPerfection will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address.

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

 

 

  1. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

QualityPerfection recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. QualityPerfection is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

 

 

  1. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment QualityPerfection makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
