Custom Koozies© & Ordering
Can I design my own custom koozie online?
Yes! Use our free online customizer to design your koozie right on the site — upload your art or use our built-in artwork and fonts, and see a live preview before you order. Front and back printing is included with every custom order.
What is the minimum order for custom koozies?
Custom-printed koozies start at just 6 units — far below the 50–250 piece minimums many printers require. Pricing tiers are available at 6, 12, 25, 50, and 100+ units, and the per-unit price drops as quantity goes up. Larger orders are welcome — just ask.
Blank (unprinted) koozies have no minimum — order any quantity, from a single sleeve to bulk cases. Read more in our MOQ guide.
How many koozies do I need for my wedding or party?
Rule of thumb: one koozie per guest, plus 15–20% extra for spares and keepsakes — or simply guests × 1.2, rounded up to the nearest pack size. For a 100-guest wedding, that's 100–120 koozies. For corporate events and festival giveaways, plan closer to 1.5–2 per person since people grab extras.
Running out is worse than having a handful left over! Full pack-size recommendations in our event planning guide.
How long does a custom koozie order take?
Custom orders are typically ready in 3–5 business days after you approve your final mockup, plus 2–4 business days for standard shipping. After you place your order and send your artwork, we email you a digital mockup — approving it quickly is the biggest thing you can do to speed up your order. Expedited printing and shipping are available if you need it faster.
Ordering for a wedding or event? Plan on 2–3 weeks of total lead time to be safe. On a tight deadline? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible. Full details in our turnaround time guide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only change or cancel orders that haven't been processed for shipping yet — and for custom orders, before production begins. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
Do you accept tax-exempt certificates?
Yes. If you're a tax-exempt organization or reseller, provide a valid, complete State Tax Exemption certificate via our contact form and sales tax will be waived on your order.
Koozie© Products & Care
What size koozie do I need?
Four sizes cover almost every drink:
- Regular 12oz — classic short, wide cans: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Budweiser, Coors, Miller, most domestic beers
- Slim 12oz — tall, narrow cans: White Claw, Truly, High Noon, Red Bull, most hard seltzers
- 16oz Tallboy — craft beers, energy drinks, and 16oz tall cans
- Bottle — 12oz long-neck glass bottles like Corona and Bud
See the full size chart guide, and contact us to confirm fit before a large order.
What are magnetic koozies?
A magnetic koozie is a 4mm neoprene sleeve with 3 round magnets sewn in, so it sticks to any iron or steel surface — refrigerators, toolboxes, tractors, lawn mowers, golf carts — keeping your drink hands-free while you work or play. We use round magnets instead of square ones because square edges eventually cut through the fabric.
Available in regular and slim sizes, blank or custom printed. Browse the magnetic collection.
Do koozies actually keep drinks cold?
Yes — a good neoprene koozie blocks the three things that warm your drink: air temperature, the ~90°F heat of your hand, and condensation. Instead of going warm in 15–30 minutes, a bare can stays pleasantly cold for an hour or more in a quality sleeve.
Our koozies use 4mm neoprene — thicker than the 3mm industry standard — for extra insulation. Read the science in Do Koozies Actually Work?
Can I use a koozie for hot drinks?
Koozies are designed primarily for cold drinks, though the same insulation gives hot beverages a little protection too. If keeping a drink hot is the main goal, an insulated thermal mug will do a better job.
Should I choose neoprene or foam?
Neoprene is thick (4mm), soft, and stitched — the best insulation, built to be reused for years, and it takes vivid full-wrap custom printing. Choose it for custom designs, gifts, resale, and keepsakes.
Foam is lightweight, collapsible, and has the lowest per-unit cost — perfect for mass giveaways, one-time events, and DIY decoration projects.
Full comparison in our Neoprene vs Foam guide.
Can I wash my koozie?
Yes. Hand wash in warm (not hot) water with mild soap, or machine wash in a mesh laundry bag on a cold, gentle cycle. Never put a koozie in the dryer — heat can warp neoprene and peel printed designs. Air dry flat at room temperature, away from direct sunlight — neoprene dries in anywhere from 20 minutes to 4 hours.
For printed koozies, use cold water and don't scrub the print directly. Smelly koozie? Soak it in warm water with baking soda or white vinegar, rinse, and dry completely. Full instructions in our care guide.
Do you sell blank koozies in bulk or wholesale?
Yes — bulk blanks are our specialty. Prices drop with quantity, reaching under $1 per sleeve in bulk. Browse the foam wholesale collection, or start with our bulk buying guide to pick the right material and quantity. For very large orders, contact us for a custom quote.
Can I decorate blank koozies myself? What printing methods work?
Absolutely — our blanks are popular with crafters and print shops. They work with heat transfer vinyl (HTV), DTF transfers, and sublimation. Neoprene takes sublimation and DTF especially well for vivid, full-coverage prints; foam is great for budget DIY projects.
We publish our recommended printing settings for vinyl, DTF, and sublimation — times, temperatures, and pressure that work on our sleeves.
Can I sublimate or DTF on metallic koozies?
No — metallic-color koozies (foam or neoprene) cannot be sublimated or DTF printed. All other neoprene and foam koozies work great with sublimation and DTF. For metallic koozies, use heat transfer vinyl (HTV) with a lower temperature setting — see our printing settings guide.
Do you sell cheap koozies to practice printing on?
Yes — our Defect Sale collection has low-cost koozies (mostly minor color defects) that are perfect for dialing in your heat press settings before printing on your good stock.
Shipping & Order Tracking
How fast do orders ship?
Blank orders placed by 4 PM EST ship the same day. Order processing normally takes 2–24 hours. Custom orders are ready 3–5 business days after you approve your mockup. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?
Yes — text or call (716) 415-0354 before placing your order and we'll help set it up. You can select your preferred (faster) shipping method at checkout, and if your order qualified for free shipping, the value of standard shipping is credited toward the upgraded service.
What is the status of my order? How do I track it?
Once you place your order, we send a confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll get a second email with your tracking link.
You can also check status any time on our Track My Order page or in the order history section of your account.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $45 (USPS Priority or UPS Ground, 2–4 business days). For orders under $45, you choose your shipping method at checkout and the cost is shown before you pay. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. See the full shipping policy.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — we can deliver to a different address. Text or call (716) 415-0354 (WhatsApp works too) or use the contact form as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally or to Canada?
We currently ship within the United States only — including military APOs (we can guarantee the ship date, though military mail handling means we can't guarantee the arrival date). We don't ship to Canada yet, but we're actively working on it.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No — we ship to physical street addresses only. Orders placed with a PO Box address are placed on hold until a valid street address is provided, so please use a street address at checkout.
Why does my order require a signature at delivery?
For security and fraud prevention, first-time orders over $150 are shipped with Signature Confirmation, so the carrier will ask for a signature at delivery. This protects your order from porch theft and misdelivery. If you won't be home, most carriers let you redirect the package to a nearby pickup location using your tracking link. Please note that if Signature Confirmation is refused, the order will be canceled.
Payment & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can choose your payment method at checkout.
Do you offer coupons and discounts?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and we'll send you discounts and coupon codes. You can also check our sale collection for current markdowns, and bulk quantities always get tiered pricing automatically.

Contact us as soon as possible — the fastest way is a text message to (716) 415-0354 (WhatsApp works too), or email sales@quality-perfection.com. We'll make it right.
About & Contact
Do you sell on Amazon and Etsy?
Why do your products have a California Prop 65 warning?
California's Proposition 65 requires businesses to notify California residents when products may contain any of 900+ chemicals on the state's list — it's a transparency law, not a ban, and these warnings appear on many everyday products from furniture to food. Some of our neoprene products may contain trace amounts of listed materials such as silica or DINP.
Full explanation on our Prop 65 information page.
