What's the Minimum Order for Custom Koozies? (MOQ Explained)

Quick answer: At QualityPerfection, the minimum order for custom-printed koozies is just 6 units. We offer set quantities of 6, 12, 25, 50 and 100, and larger quantities are available on request. Every order includes complimentary front and back custom printing.

A lot of suppliers force you into huge minimums — 50, 100, even 250 pieces — before you can order custom koozies. That doesn't work for a small wedding, a birthday, a tiny business or a sample run. So we keep our minimum low.

Our order quantities

  • 6 units
  • 12 units
  • 25 units
  • 50 units
  • 100 units

Why is there a minimum at all?

Custom printing involves setup — preparing your artwork, creating a mockup, and configuring the print. A small minimum lets us cover that setup while still keeping the per-unit price fair. The good news: even our smallest order includes free front and back printing.

The more you order, the less you pay per koozie

Pricing drops at each quantity tier. As a guide, Regular 12oz sleeves run about $1.75 each at 6–11 units and as low as $1.35 each at 100+ units (Slim and 16oz are priced similarly per tier). See the full, current breakdown on our pricing and order information page.

What about blank koozies?

If you don't need printing, you can buy blank 4mm neoprene sleeves in bulk too — great for DIY projects and resellers. Browse our full can cooler collection.

Not sure how many to order?

For events, our bulk koozie guide and our how many koozies do you need guide help you land on the right number. A common tip: order about 1.5 koozies per guest so you're covered for extras and keepsakes.
